Coach Rachel Hulse is a Registered Nurse and a runner with over a decade of experience, including collegiate competition and marathon training. She started this company out of a love for running, and a passion for preventative medicine, i.e. wellness.
Second to the endorphin high, she thinks the coolest things about running are the healthy heart, strong bones, powerful lungs, and high muscle-to-fat ratio that keep many runners free from long-term medications and complications.
